ENDURIDE conveyor rolls are truly unique and incorporate a patented “Cellular Encasement Protection System” (C.E.P.S.), redefining current quality/performance standards. The ENDURIDE system has two unique features. First, it completely isolates the bearing system from any external contact, and second it provides additional protection against vibration and high frequency noise; either of these can be a source of premature roll failure.
ENDURIDE rolls have proven to reduce amperes requirements and power consumption by as much as 50%. Noise from the turning rolls has also been reduced as much as 12 decibels. The rolls are made to meet your requirements, not just providing something “off the shelf”. As an example, return rolls for wider belts can be provided with 5 bearings, one in the center to eliminate shaft defection and two at each end.
ENDURIDE’s patented Cell and Gel Sealing System requires no preventive maintenance or lubrication. The system provides ULTIMATE protection against contamination by dust particles, moisture, or chemicals.
